After you book
Once you book your session, I’ll guide you through everything step-by-step — nothing complicated.
I’ll ask for a few simple details so I can create your personalised session, including:
- Basic information (name, date of birth, etc.)
- A recent photo (natural, no filters)
- A short voice note
This helps me build a clearer picture of your unique energy and create something tailored specifically to you.
Creating your session
Once I have everything, I’ll begin putting your session together. This includes:
- Generating your personalised frequency-based audio
- Reviewing the insights that come through
- Creating a clear, easy-to-understand report for you
I usually allow 24–48 hours to do this properly, so everything is created with care and intention.
Receiving your session
You’ll receive everything via email, including:
- Your personalised audio track
- Your scan insights
- A simplified report to help you understand what’s come through
You can listen in your own time — ideally in a quiet space, with headphones if possible.
Ongoing support
To get the most from your session, I recommend listening regularly — ideally morning and evening — allowing your body time to settle, process, and respond.

After you book, Kelly collects the information she needs to create your personalised audio. She produces it remotely and sends it to you — you then listen in your own time, in a quiet space, giving you somewhere quiet to settle in and simply listen.
How long does each session take?
Each session includes your personalised frequency-based audio created from your unique input. Because everything is delivered remotely, you choose when and how often to listen — there's no fixed duration to follow.
Do I need headphones?
Headphones are recommended for the best experience, but not essential. Any quiet space where you won't be interrupted works well.
Is this a medical or diagnostic service?
No. These sessions are for personal insight, relaxation, and mindfulness. The tools used are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
